5 simple health tips to flow into your 2018

  1. Wake up early and exercise!  Skip, run, power walk, do Yoga or if your at home follow an online exercise program that you enjoy.  This will jumpstart your metabolism & give you lots of energy for the rest of the day.
  2. Before breakfast sip on a large glass of filtered water with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or the juice of 1/2 a lemon.  This will gently detoxify the liver, improve digestion and boost the metabolism.
