Outright life changing! Entering Bec’s space with an open mind and allowance of myself to let down any pre existing boundaries allowed her words to influence new techniques and practices that bring a calmness and controlled state in my sometimes highly stressful day to day life. Bec’s ability to relate and connect to someone’s past traumas and to understand how it has shaped my current position and personality without pressing her beliefs is something to be admirable of. The person I am today falls heavily onto Bec, after a lifetime of being a hermit stuck in its shell. I’ve grown and continue to grow into a being that I've always aspired to become. Thank you.
